SUBMISSION DEADLINE

The deadline for all submissions is July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 

JUDGING

Judging will take place from August 18 - September 19, 2025.

ENTRANT NOTIFICATION

Entrants will be notified via email no later than September 30, 2025.

AWARDS DINNER/PRESENTATION

Award winners will be honored in person during the Central VA Chapter Award Dinner on Tuesday, October 14, at Kiln Creek Golf Course, Newport News, VA.
